MG MGF Technical - servicing/ how 2 cd's

hi, i have been looking on ebay at the haynes type maintenance/repair cd's, just wondered if anybody can recommend a good one, as i believe haynes have never released a book. thanks,matt.

Most of the eBay sales are of copies (illegitimate ones, it should be pointed out) of the MGR workshop manual, commonly known as RAVE, covering the entire MGR range. That is the 'official' technical resource as used by MGR dealers & workshops; legitimate versions are available, for around £50 I believe.

You're correct, Haynes did not produce a manual (with sometimes dubious spanner ratings!) for the F, and with the wide availability of the easily-copied CD based RAVE manual, presumably never will.

If you purchase a copy of the RAVE CD, check the release date - some may be old versions from the late 90s and thus won't contain MY2000 info.
