MG MGF Technical - Seized Coolant Bleed Nipple

I've just drained the coolant from my 1998 'F' but I've come across a problem. The heater bleed nipple under the front bonnet is stuck fast and I'm scared of shearing it or causing damage behind the bulkhead if I apply too much pressure. I've been soaking it with pentrating spray over the last day or so and kept trying to free it (as yet with no succes). As I apply torque, I can feel the whole thing twisting (feels like it may be into a rubber pipe?).

Does anyone know exactly what is behind there and how much pressure you can safely put on it? Maybe I'm being a bit soft and just need to give it some welly (but I don't fancy taking the dash out to mend it if it goes wrong!!)

Any hints or tips for freeing it up would be gratefully received!

Brake fluid itself is quite good at penetrating and easing, have you tried a couple of drops into the nipple itelf. It can't do any harm and might just help in conjunction with your other measures.
