MG MGF Technical - Replacing rear light cover

Hi,

This might be a daft question, but does anyone know how to replace the rear light cover (the plastic external cover) on an MGF?

Someone reversed into my car yesterday, so the cover is badly cracked. It needs replacing, but I have no idea how to get it off.

Any help appreciated!

It is a complete unit, which is removed by undoing 4 securing nuts in the boot.
