MG MGF Technical - replacing drivers side wing

Hi all, some kind person side swipped the wifes mgf tonight and then drove off. I need to replace the front wing, is this a simple bolt on jobbie or do i need to weld it? Have found the right colour wing MNX silver on ebay...any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Matt.

I replaced both of mine and they were simply bolted on. Bolts under bonnet and behind door top and bottom and under bumper if I remember correctly.
