| That looks a good compact installation Dave, how much of that pipework is off-the-shelf, and how much modifying new/old bits? Total parts cost? |

| Hi, it's just the Freelander kit from Rimmers. About 50 quid from memory plus postage! I think it's the only one now available but I could be wrong? I used some bits of some of the kit piping and some of the original pipework. The pipe mods are easy. I used a stanley knife - new blade - and a steel rule to cut the pipes. The thermostat is an absolute pain. I took off the inlet manifold to get to it so get a new inlet manifold gasket too if you do this! cheers Dave ps just took the MGF out for a blast. Heats up nice and quickly and then sits at just below the half way mark. Air temp is about 28°C - it's 9pm after all! |
