MG MGF Technical - plastic inlet manifold

Can anyone confirm please if the 4 bolts holding the bottom of the inlet manifold are differing lengths?

I feel that one of them is shorter than the other 3 is this actually the case and if so does the shorter one fit on the left when looking at the inlet of the engine?
