MG MGF Technical - passenger door adjustment

Hi all, my passenger door makes a horrible scrapping noise when fully opened, and on closer inspection it appears that the scrapping is being caused on the centre hinge runner. subsequently i get a water leak when it is raining coming in from around the wing mirror area. any ideas on adjusting the door up as it seems to have dropped, or should i replace hinges/runners? thanks matt...
