MG MGF Technical - over fueling

hi got my 1998 mgf 3 mounths ago, wanted on for years, she's been great so much fun to drive etc,but now i have an over fueling problum on start up some times she goes some times not, its been in a bosh garage since xmas.changed ecu dize cap etc look fine, can eny one out there help,with this problum

First action is the EEC Temp Sensor. Instead of a Choke knob to pull out to overfuel when cold, there is the sensor to tell the EEC.
