MG MGF Technical - mgf cat

Does anybody know whether the air sensor that is attached to the cat is soldered on or not. It looks like it is attached by a nut but it won't turn!

IT will undo soak in penetrating oil first.but be careful not to skin to many knuckles is your car a reimport.then it could be a overheat sensor for the cat
