MG MGF Technical - leak centre where just above the cable at the back

hi i woke up to look under the car to see a drip above the cable. i think its above the brake cable you might want to correct me on this is there a hoses near there? i dont have my mgf manual to hand.

You need to be more specific? If you are referring to a water leak and at the rear of the engine it could be comming from the inlet manifold gasket. Does your car have the black plastic inlet manifold as fitted to the 1.8i ( ie not the VVC ) if so this is a known porblem.
