MG MGF Technical - Head bolt torque sequence?

Could anyone post a link to the sequence for tightening the headbolts after a HG replacement? I have managed to lose my CD manual!!

As a general rule with head bolts, you work from the centre outwards in a spiral..

This will do it

9 6 1 3 8
7 4 2 5 10
