MG MGF Technical - Gearbox oil

Please as I havent got a hand book for my MGF can any one tell me the correct gearbox oil thank you

MTF 94 is the correct oil. This is a 75w90 manual gearbox oil with low sulphur content. Recommended mileage for change is 105,000 miles.

Castrol SM-X 75W-85 synthetic is even better. My gearshift got much slicker when I put it in. A little over 2 litres is the recommended quantity.
