MG MGF Technical - Gear Box

Please can any one advise me why when hot the gear change becomes stiff and notchy, the car has had a new clutch, and new gear link cable, clutch was bleed a dozen times , gear box oil has been checked ,replaced and slick put in, its fine when cold but after a run its a bloody pig to change gear
