MG MGF Technical - Flywheel Locking Tool Details

Hi all,
Does anyone have make it yourself details for the flywheel locking tool for the MGF?
This is the one you use insitue with starter motor removed.
If so, please post a picture and dimensions.

I will make one myself from scrap and it would be easier if I had details so that I don't have to remove the starter to measure up.

I recently made a simple locking tool that works without completely removing the starter motor. I used it when I did our two Fs cam belts. It locks by first removing the cover plate. I'll find it tomorrow morning and hopefully the sketch I used. Very easy to make.
