MG MGF Technical - EPAS Torque Sensor Reset
Is anyone aware of a garage / mechanic in the Exeter area calpable of resetting the EPAS torque sensor as opposed to fitting replacement parts . Thanks

Not difficult to DIY (says I, not answering your question) - details on how to do it are here - http://mgf.ultimatemg.com/group2/common_problems/epas_reset/index.htm If you don't fancy it, then I am sure a mechanic will be up for the task?

Thanks Rob but it would be nice to know if there is live mechanic out there, in the Exter area, who has done the job. Looked at the article in the link you gave but its all beyond me!Agree that a mechanic should be up for the task but it would be nice not to be his first attempt at this job.

Quite a few here have attempted it - it looks more daunting that it is I suspect. Not sure about mechanics in your area, but hopefully someone here can help out?
