MG MGF Technical - Engine swaps

Thinking about a Honda civic type R engine swap. Anyone know if its been done already?

Yes, Gerry Hiorns did it about three years ago. I've driven the car and it's how MG should have built the MGF right in the beginning. Last year at MGFest a few of the new MG people went for a ride in it and seemed to be very impressed. If you want to see it or talk to Gerry we'll be at Gaydon this weekend.
