MG MGF Technical - Door hinge bushes?
| Hello all, I have finally got round to repairing the sagging drivers door. When the door hinge is taken apart, it is clear that it is not the pin, or the drilled hole that is worn, there is a small bush that fits in the hole, through which the pin runs. This bush is soft, and well worn. Are these bushes available as a part on their own, or do you have to buy a complete pair of hinges? Thanks Alan. |

| You may also find it helps lifting the striker plate to recover the coachline after the hinge repair; Torx T40, loosen both screws and retighten in the best position. It looks fantastic again after you have grown used to the sagging misalignment! |
