MG MGF Technical - Coolant change - anyone tried this method

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has tried this methos of changing the coolant and what your thoughts are of doing it, i.e. good idea - bad idea ???

"Someone opens the bleed valve on the radiator whilst someone tops up the expansion tank until refill amount has been bled through."

What is the refill amount/capacity of 50/50 mix solution ?

The only problem is that there are a couple of other bleed points that need doing as well, not just the radiator. :)

10.5 litres total system capacity - but difficult by that method to be 100% certain of the old stuff being totally flushed out.
