MG MGF Technical - Cambelt change

Hi,

Thought I'd try the techies for advice !!!

Has anyone out there changed the cambelt on their own MGF.

If so, how easy is it. Is it something that can be tackled at home ?

Cheers
Dez

Yes, can be done easily at home if you feel confident, and have the relevant tools. See this link here for some info:

Change the '1' at the end of the url to '2' when you want page 2.

Easily within the scope of a home mechanic, I did my sons Cambelt and Tensioner last week. After completion, advice from others was that I should have replaced the water pump whilst everything was stripped down. Maybe next time!
