MG MGF Technical - Brake imbalance

Just had a an advisory on my MOT warning that my front brakes were imbalanced (19%. What is the likely cause of this and best possible solution? Many thanks.

It is likely to either be uneven wear or more likely to be a problem with a sticking caliper (19% sounds like a lot), on one side or the other. Was the car pulling to one side under breaking.
