MG MGF Technical - Alarm/immobilser/ cenral locking

Hi,

I had to remove the battery from the car and replace it. Unfortunately I removed it when the car was locked with alarm and immobiliser set.
On replacing battery the central locking is not working the alarm appears inactive and the immobilser cuts the engine off within a second or two of starting up. Can anyone help me rectify this cock up of mine?
