MG MGB Technical - tourque setting

What should the tourque setting be n the rod bearing cap of a 67 five main bearing engine?

Connecting: 33 lbs/ft

Main: 70 lbs/ft

That reference says 35-40 when I look at it, as does the factory and Bentley WSM. 33 is shown for "RBB" cars, a distinction I never met that may or may not be correct.
