MG MGB Technical - Torque value for oil filter adapter

72 Roadster - Does anyone have a value for the large (3/4"AF) bolt that fixes the oil filter adapter (Moss 12H3273) to the block? This is the adapter that allows for a 'top loading' spin on filter. There's a good solid sealing ring and I've gone for ~18ftlbs unless I hear otherwise.

If that's a good firm finish with a double-ended spanner, that's about right.
