MG MGB Technical - squeek in rear while driving

driving the car i am getting a squeel i think from the right rear sounds like brkes slightly rubbing i jack the car up and turned both rear wheels no binding[wire wheels

afraid jacking it up may change the geometry sufficiently to negate the effect. Can you jack it up under the diff or both springs to replicate the effect of the car's weight on the wheels on the ground.

I know noises are hard to describe. Your subject line says squeak, and your text says squeal. Wire wheels with loose spokes can make a squeak at low speeds, but I wouldn't call it a squeal.
