MG MGB Technical - Shim Washers for rocker shafts, Race only!

I am about to order a selection of shim washers in order to acurately position the rockers on the rocker shaft.

This is only necessary on race engines.

Does anyone else have a requirement for this?

Obviously larger the quantity, the cheaper it gets!!

hi Colin- I got mine from Basil Adams stateside-$35 USA Dollores- for the Harlan 1:625 and 1:55 rollers. After valve job and new valves, I took 4 of the 35k thick shims down to 23k to correctly position the roller on the valve tip throughout it's reign of turning. Vic
