MG MGB Technical - Rearview Mirror repair

Anyone know how to take apart the casing for the day/night rear view mirror? The silver is coming off mine and I would like to see if I can replace the mirror?

Around my way the local glazier is very good at repairing car mirrors, around $30.

Just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on how to take the case apart. It looks the like the edge that holds the mirror in should come off, but I can't figure out how.

Hi, I am a Glazier and the only thing you can do is have the mirror reslivered. it's not worth all the effort you are going to put into it. Buy a new mirror.
