MG MGB Technical - MGB Rewire

As part of my 1979 MGB overhaul, I'm installing a modern wiring system. I've purchased an Auto-Wire system. The fuse and relay panel is about 5 by 10 inches. The relays come out the sides and fuses out the top. I figure I need a space about 3 inches high, 14 inches long and 10 inches wide to mount the board and have access to remove relays and fuses if needed. I don't want to locate the panel in the engine compartment.

Has anyone had experience with this system and putting a panel inside the car? Appreciate, any advice.
