MG MGB Technical - location of MK1 heated window switch

I'm putting in a heated rear window in my 67GT. Where did the factory put the switch?

The wiring diagram shows that there is an indicator bulb wired with the switch.

I am guessing that its a toggle switch and separate bulb mounted on something that hangs under the dash.

As it was an extra it was mounted under the dash on a bracket. The switch was a round pull switch with a bulb in the centre of the switch.
