MG MGB Technical - HEADLIGHT ADJUSTMENT

As I have no alignment equipment to adjust the headlamps on my 1979 MGB, does anyone know how to set these lamps up correctly??

I.E. How far from a wall should the car be.

How far apart should the beam light be

How high from the ground should beam be
