MG MGB Technical - Foam pad fitment (heater matrix)

Hello,

Please can someone send me a picture of the inside of an MGB heater. I have the foam strip but don't know how it should be fitted? Is it just wrapped round the matrix?

Yes, the attached might help. The foam seal is labelled where the heater unit has been sectioned, i.e. it wraps longitudinally round the matrix, and the wider sides that face forwards and back. This ensures all the air travelling vertically downwards through the heater unit goes through the matrix and not past at the sides.
