MG MGB Technical - engine ventilation

I have a 67B with a 74 18v and twin Hif's.

The vent ports of the Hif's are connected to the tappet breather.

I've also installed an early valve cover without the rear breather port.

Should I be using a vented or non-vented oil cap?
