On a banjo axle it is FT!! Or 150ft lb if you have a decent socket.

There are splines on the pinion for the prop-shaft flange as well as on the half-shafts for the hubs. Again, which axle and which nut? According the the Workshop Manual the banjo pinion is 135-140 lb ft and the bearing retaining nut (octagonal) is 180 ft lb. The Salisbury pinion is 180 to 220 with a new spacer, or to preload if reusing the spacer. The hub nuts are 150 ft lb.
