MG MGB Technical - Air/fuel ratio meter

I could have sworn that I had already started this thread, but could not see it anywhere, so here it is again! I have an A/f meter which I would like to install. I also have an oxygen sensor with all the plumbing to install in the exhaust manifold. The sensor will stick well into the exhaust stream, will it be restrictive? I have a blanking plug as well, may be only use it during a tune of after, then blank off again? Or does it not matter too much for every day use? What do you all think. Mike
