MG MGB Technical - 76 MGB synchronizer rings

Does anyone know where I can get synchronizer rings for my 76MGB? The British Victoria catalog shows them, but they are not available.

These are expensive, but I gather are better quality (chrome-moly) than most currently available Taiwanese etc repro items:
