I ended up Driving a total of 1740 miles. Gas mileage on the highway ranged between 24.4 and 27.3. The 27.3 was when I was driving 75 – 80. Also for the trip to the Dragon and back I got 19.8.

We're putting some articles together for the newsletter... and they'll have photos. Here are two teasers:

Martyn and Graeme: http://www.britishv8.org/Articles/Overview-A.JPG
Kelly: http://www.britishv8.org/MG/KellyStevenson/KellyStevenson-Banner.JPG
(both of these photos were taken by Greg Myer)

If you've got nice photos to share - or especially if you'd like to submit an article - by all means please do! You can contact me for more information here: http://www.britishv8.org/British-V8-Contact-Info.htm

Personally, my trip came out to 3103 miles... (in the green GT with white stripe w/ Buick 215, 4-barrel, 3.27 rear, and all four windows down).

24.6mpg - Colorado to Townsend
17.3mpg - in and around Townsend
26.5mpg - Townsend to Colorado

(It doesn't make much sense to me that the better mileage came when I was driving "uphill" and at somewhat higher speed...)
