MG MGB GT V8 Factory Originals Technical - Spark Plug H.T. Leads

Does anybody have or is willing to measure the H.T. lead length from the distributor to the respective spark plugs on a 3.5 litre Rover engine conversion into a rubber bumper MGB GT.

Is it different to the factory MGB V8? Having said that I bought a set for that and found one shorter than it should be, had to swap two over (from what seemed to be correct for the first seven) to make all eight fit. The problem was compounded by all eight distributor plugs being straight, whereas in the workshop manual the left bank are shown as straight and the right-bank as angled so they aren't crushed by the bonnet. I managed to find four right-angle ends to act as adapters between the leads and the cap.
