MG MGB GT V8 Factory Originals Technical - PCV Valve

Rover 3.5 with Edelbrock/Offenhauser combination,I intend replacing the metal canister in way of the tappet(rocker)cover with a PCV valve plumbed into the air inlet system.
Photo's seen in the British V8 web sight(one ref. is Martyn Harvey's "How its Done"-April 2007)indicate just the correct valve does any body have info on this valve(type/make,supplier,attachment to cover,etc)and how sucessful is this arrangement together with the breather filter?
