quality of the job folks do in swapping the motor varies quite a bit. I'd suggest you go look at it to decide. Drive it if that's possible. In addition to how motor was mounted, how it sounds, & how it runs, you'd want to pay attention to how well the gear ratios work -- e.g., unless the trans & rear end gears are designed to work with the Rover (or BOP 215) motor that's in it, you may find 1st gear is effectively useless or that it revs too high or too low in 4th (or 5th) for those to be useful. That can easily be fixed by changing the gears in the rear end (although not cheap) or by replacing the rear end with a narrowed rear end from a suitable donor car -- either way you'd want to factor that into the cost. Other than that, the rest is about the same as what you'd look for in any other B -- condition of the body, sills, dog legs, etc.; condition of the wiring harness; condition of the gauges/switches; etc.
