would it be possible to remove everything from a rv8 i meen all the running gear, sus ,engine and all the electrics on to a mg roadster and get a final result as good as a rv8 feel thanks daren

Yes, it is, if it is a 1978-1980 body shell, otherwise the engine compartment needs some modification, depending of the year the car was made. the RV8 bonnet must be used with the FI setup.
