MG MGB GT V8 Factory Originals Technical - High performance heads for rover on eBay

There were 2 eBay auctions, for 4.0 and 4.6 "215 Buick Rover 26CC racing heads, rockers, valves, exc". One set off a 4.0 and one set off a 4.6 engine later model (I assume the cross-bolted engines)

Here is my question: I looked these up in one of the how to hotrod a rover books and from what I can tell, these heads are really the same as earlier heads. Am I right?
