MG MGB GT V8 Factory Originals Technical - fuel leak

My MB'76 is loosing fuel. I Checked the float valve heights, it was more than 1/8th. It's still loosing fuel from the jet heads only when the car is parked and not running for an hour or more. The carbs were
rebuilt last fall, I recentered the jet heads and they're moving freely. Any clues???????

V8 car? What kind of carb?

May be perculating the fuel due to heat soak. I put a spacer under my carb to help with that.
