MG MGB GT V8 Factory Originals Technical - coil bracket

I have a good Lucas Sport Coil, but no mounting bracket. If anyone has a spare bracket they would part with, let me know.

Just to answer the obvoius question, your Accell, Bosch, Delco, Pertronics, etc bracket will not work. Lucas, in their infinite wisdom, made the diameter of the Sport coil larger than the stock coil or anyone else's coil.

What distibutor do you have, I purchased a Lucas Sports coil only to find out it's not compatable with the lucas electronic ignition as it's the wrong Ohm rating.

25d, so no problem for me.

Your problem seems suprising, as Lucas advises their coil is good for all points and electronic ignition systems, as do several other coil manufacturers.
