MG MGB GT V8 Factory Originals Technical - Clutch slave cylinder questions

Hi,

I am planning to use the standard clutch slave cylinder on my '78b with an LT77 gearbox.

Is this possible? if so how is it mounted? as i can't figure it out...

Any advice/pics would be great.

The B slave bore is to big & with the 9.5 inch rover cluch, the cluch drags. I have used the 1 inch, 74 TR-6 slave. You will have to go to the hardware store to get the plumming right. I recut the threads on the stock B slave hose to 1/8 inch pipe & thin use a 1/8 inch pipe femail barrel. In the slave there is a fitting that looks like the end that is on the bleader & the other end is 1/8 in. pipe. MAKE SURE all joints are loctight together. Done it this way for 23 years.
