MG MGB GT V8 Factory Originals Technical - 3 inch Speedo & rev counter?
Hi, Can't find anything in the archives - so does anyone know of direct replacement for my '80 B clocks. They are both of 3" diameter. The speedo is shot anyway and I want something to show a temptingly good top speed, even though I am keeping my B's 4 speed o/d gear box. Thanks, Stuart

Stuart, Gower Oaks have a useful 0-140 speedo (or 0-170 if you simply want to show a temptingly good top speed) in 80mm http://www.gower-oaks.co.uk/ Or design what you want. http://www.greengauges.com/ Geoff

Thanks Geoff, But I am really looking for 'pre-loved' budget items. Does anyone know which (if any) older motors used 3" (80mm) clocks?

Stuart I am not sure --but early Triumph Stag seems to be right, I have a later Stag speedo & tach which are 4 in and fit later B dash.I have seen earlier ones that look like 3 in but have not actually seen one --hope this may help some Gil

Thanks Gil, I know most Stags are 4". Did not know earlier ones had the smaller clocks. Many thanks for your response.
