MG MGA - Website Advertising

I have just had a routine email from my website domain host trying to get me to allow Google to put adverts on my MGA site. They say I get 70% of adverising proceeds. Presumably this is based on the number of site visits.

Is this something to consider or should I steer clear and keep my website 'clean'? Anyone have experience of this sort of thing?

One of my other intrests is airplanes and flying. Before buying my Mooney MSE I considered building a Van's kitplane. This website is Mr. Reeves family business. http://www.vansairforce.net/ I have thought that a similar business model would work well for Barney and his wealth of information.
As long as the advertising was kept relevant to the website and you could control it and keep the garbege off I think it would be OK.
