MG MGA - swivel pin & link installation
HI, Hoping you can help me out with this one. When re-attaching the links to the swivel pin on the front suspension, do you take the link all the way to the end of the thread on the swivel pin and back it off a bit so that it lines up with the a-arm? Thanks!

You wind it down so that it is at the right level that the distance tube can be inserted and it is correctly oriented for the shock absorber (top) of the a-pan (bottom). It will only go together one way

By the book. Screw it together until the bushing aligns with neck down in the swivel pin. Insert the distance tube. Screw it left and right until it binds a bit both ways. Turn it half way in between. Then turn shortest direction to align with mounting position.
