MG MGA - Removing radiator grill
Is there a trick to removing the lower bolts holding in the radiator grill (Mk2)? I can't get to the back of them to stop them spinning. I was hoping to fit a missing air intake hose for the carbs but it looks like I may need to remove the radiator instead. Thanks

I remove the top bolts then ease it forward from the top and tackle the chromed domed bolts from both sides - finger on the front, ratchet on the back, leave the lower braket attached to the car. Otherwise, with a second pair of hands, remove the bracket completely - one set of hands on the spanner behind the grille, the other under the car behind the valence

Thanks Dominic but I dont seem to have any access at all at the back. The Mk 2 has a different grill so maybe that's the problem?
