It's not complete, missing not just all the pulleys as the seller says, but also the arm for tensioning the belts. The valve cover is also not present, Pulleys are available from George, but it may be more difficult to find the belt tensioner.

There's also no carb - place to get one is IHonlynorth.

Dominic, thought you would have been onto that. The seller seems to be one of those abrupt types...you get what you get!
