MG MGA - Hose dressing?
| Can one use Hylomar or a simelar product to ease re-assembly of the readiater to the engin, without unwanted side effects? Thanks, Tom |

| Why? It seems as if eventually removing the hoses would be a lot easier with some type dressing to act as a lubricant or anti-seeze. My fear is leaks. Tom |

| I use plumber's lubricant, comes in a small tin, or used to; the stuff lasts forever. It has the consistency of hardened vaseline. Run your finger across it and smear a thin film on both mating surfaces. |
