MG MGA - Chrome switch covers

HI, I'm rebuilding my dash from scratch for my restoration and have just realized that I am missing the chrome covers that fit on the dash side of the switches just below the knobs. I've checked with Moss and VB and the don't seem to carry them. Could someone help me out and let me know where I could get these from.
